Background
AhaSlides recognized the need to revamp its homepage to enhance user experience and ensure a higher sign-up conversion rate compared to the previous version.
Goals and Objectives
- Increase Conversion Rate: Focus on enhancing the homepage to drive higher sign-up conversions compared to the previous version.
- Product Marketing: Execute a go-to-market strategy for the upcoming AI feature launch in the Singapore market.
Research & Analysis
The current homepage does not effectively communicate or reflect the brand voice to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Additionally, several areas are not scalable because new product features are not adequately highlighted on the homepage.
We created the roadmap that shaped these insights shaped a unified feature roadmap focused on live interaction and backend reporting.

Design Process
1.Homepage Audit: Conduct a thorough review of the current homepage to identify strengths and weaknesses.
2. Deep Dive into Traffic Channels: Analyze the various traffic sources to understand user acquisition and engagement patterns.
3. User Demography and Behavior: Examine user demographics and behavior to tailor the design to the target audience's needs.
4. Competitive Analysis: Assess competitors’ approaches to identify best practices and areas for differentiation.
Wire framing & Prototyping
- Created low-fidelity mockups to test flow between slide content and live interactions.
- Created 2 A/B testing versions
Visual Identity
- Developed a clean, vibrant style system emphasizing clarity and approachability.
- Ensured WCAG-compliant color contrasts and accessible typography.



Results
- Homepage increased conversion rate by 18%
- New versions are increased compared to the old version
- Users engagement also increased more than the old version
- Sign up rate from homepage increased

Conclusion
While maintaining global web performance, the new design from PNP ensured a balance between branding and performance. It is essential to create a user experience that not only reflects the brand identity but also optimizes functionality and speed. Additionally, the design accommodate the scalability of a SaaS product, which frequently introduces new features and updates. This approach will ensure that the platform remains competitive and responsive to user needs while enhancing overall engagement and satisfaction.
